P-Fit Sizing System

Pinnacle P-Fit allows the customer to select their initial bike size based on their height and will always fit on their given size, whether it is a Pinnacle hybrid bike, road bike or a mountain bike. Simple and effective!

How does it work?

The Pinnacle P-Fit system is based on an extensive database of bike fittings. Our engineers teamed up with specialist bike fitter Fit Kit™ to provide a custom sizing system that is accurate and easy to understand.

Fit Kit™ has been fitting cyclists to bicycles for more than 25 years and has collected thousands of data sets. Utilising this data our engineers categorised all the measurements.

With the help of these measurements it is possible to predict what the best average frame dimensions are for people in a certain size range. As a result the Pinnacle frame geometry has a guaranteed fit for the great majority of riders out of the box with no adjustment.

Our P-Fit Stem system on selected models then allows those who require a little adjustment for fit to do so easily, even on the shop floor when trying the bike for the first time. This helps ensure a personalised fit for every customer.

Our engineers also collected measurements for female-only riders in order that we can produce true women's specific frames for the Project Aura women's bike range.

Pinnacle P-Fit Sizing Decals

Sizing decals are on every Pinnacle bike and include both metric and imperial measurements for convenience. They also keep the EU happy!

This means that once the customer has identified their suggested size from the decal, that size will apply to any of our models whether it is a road, off-road or hybrid model.

Even when we change the geometry, for example to a more aggressive race geometry, we maintain the P-Fit sizing to make it easier for the customer to find their ideal size and to help the sales assistant with the sales process.

Younger riders are not forgotten either, with sizing decals specially produced for our Progeny children's bike range.
